Carissa Rocks
...

Carrisa Rocks is a powerhouse addition to our broodmare band.

Top side - THAT CD ROCKS (2005): By CD LIGHTS (1999) 3767592 (son of the great CD OLENA (1991) 3012283 by Doc O'Lena) and out of SHINEY TARI (2000) (by SHINING SPARK (1989) and out of TARIZANA). So you have CD Olena, Delight Of My Life, Shining Spark stacked on top.

Bottom side - MISS PICKNSHOVEL (2006): By LENAS MAY DAY (1986) and out of MINNIE MINERVA (1997). Second dam side goes back to DOC O'LENA, TRIP DATE BAR, MISS N

Carrisa is bred to produce the kind everyone wants to ride:

Cow Horse Deluxe: With CD Olena, Shining Spark, Doc O'Lena, and Miss N Cash all on her papers, her foals are naturally cowy, athletic, and quick on their feet. They want to work a cow and have the motor and handle to do it all day.

Mind & Using Horse: The CD Lights / Shiney Tari cross is known for adding trainability and a big stop. Her foals are smart, willing, and gentle-natured - the kind that make top ranch horses, rope horses, and family using horses that still have enough talent to go show.
